The Team
The strength of the Xinjiang Snow Leopard Project lies in the
dedicated team we have built. The team includes people with many skills and
experiences, all dedicated to the goal of safeguarding the unique species and
landscapes of Xinjiang. Within the team we have experienced academic
researchers, from Chinese, Uyghur and International; dedicated liaison
personnel spanning policy, science and practise with local and national Chinese
government and internationally; local community based parabiologists, whose
frontline monitoring and community liaison ensures our actions are understood
and implanted at grassroots levels.

We are pleased to be able to both learn from Mr Kometti and others like him and also provide them with training and equipment to operate as parabiologists within the reserve. |
